Hold to rise, let go to glide. Fly a paper plane over paper hills.

Paper Glider is a relaxed 3D flying game about a folded paper plane drifting through little papercraft worlds. The glider flies forward on its own and the camera follows behind. You steer it through rings, collect feathers and reach the finish over patchwork meadows, orchards, a lantern lake at dusk, windmill valleys, a kite festival, sea cliffs, snowy peaks and a sleepy town under the stars.
There are 120 courses in eight worlds of fifteen. A course has one to three stars: finish it, fly through at least 60% of the rings, or fly through every ring. The fifteenth course of each world is a challenge with red gates that you must pass; miss one and the run ends. Touching the ground or an obstacle crumples the plane, and you can retry, or unfold and carry on once by watching a short ad. Worlds open with stars and by clearing the world before.
The flight model is simple but has real feel. Climbing costs speed and diving wins it back, and if you climb too long the glider slows until its nose drops, so smooth lines matter more than sharp ones. There is a ceiling at the cloud deck and soft walls of wind at the sides of the course. Each world adds an idea: leafy updrafts that lift you over ridges, orange boost rings for a burst of speed, crosswinds and turning windmill sails, drifting kites and balloons, narrow gaps between sea stacks, cold downdrafts that push you down, and small lantern rings at night.
A few tips: dive a little before a climb so you have speed to spend on it. Lean into crosswinds instead of fighting them at the last moment. In the snowy peaks, keep some height in hand before a downdraft. Kites and balloons move, so time your pass rather than aiming at where they are now. If the mouse feels too quick or too slow, the Steering setting changes the sensitivity.
Feathers buy twelve glider folds, from Notebook and Old Map to Washi Crane and Golden Fold, and eight ribbon trails in the hangar; some are also gated by stars, and a free feather gift returns on a timer. Endless mode strings together parts of every world you have unlocked and slowly speeds up. Its score counts distance, rings and feathers, and your best is saved.
Courses are separate, so the game fits short sessions. You can steer with the mouse, the keyboard, or by dragging anywhere on a touch screen in portrait or landscape.
Hold to make the plane climb and let go to glide. With just those two moves you set your height, thread the wind rings and stay clear of kites, birds and hills.
The goal is to fly as far as you can and set a high score. Rings give points, and catching them one after another grows your wind bonus. The longer the flight, the busier the sky gets, so every run gets harder as it goes and each new try is a chance to beat the last one.
