Halı Saha is an isometric management game about running a five-a-side football pitch. "Halı saha" is the Turkish name for the artificial-turf pitches that groups of friends rent by the hour for an evening match. You start with a single pitch in a neighbourhood, and the aim is to grow it step by step into a sports complex with several branches.
The heart of the game is the booking schedule. The phone rings, a request card slides in, and you place the match in a free hour on a calendar with one tab per day. Some teams are flexible about the time while others want one exact slot, and some book two-hour matches. You can haggle for a higher price with a safe or a risky offer, but push too far and the team walks away. Teams can also sign up for a subscription, the same hour every week for several weeks, paying a little less per match in exchange for a guaranteed slot. Matches are played out on the pitch by bot players, and each day closes with a report on money and reputation.
Evening prime time fills up on its own, so the real challenge is the empty daytime hours. New customer groups open them: a school deal brings youth teams in the afternoon, a tea room draws veterans and retirees in the morning, and a corporate invoicing option brings company teams around midday. Investments such as a canteen, a toastie machine, a baklava counter, boot rental, a hired goalkeeper, LED floodlights, showers and road signs each show their gain and daily cost before you buy. Permits and safety documents expire over time and are checked when an inspection comes, unless you pay for a document tracking service.
Later you buy plots and build mini pitches, basketball and volleyball courts, parking and green space, then open new branches in the industrial district and by the seaside. Staff take over routine work: an apprentice places requests you have no time for, a canteen worker raises canteen income, and a branch manager keeps an inactive branch earning. Once a season reaches day 30 with ₺1,000,000 in the till, you can close it as champion, start again from scratch and keep a star that permanently raises your prices.
Some practical tips: follow the suggestion cards on the left, which say what to do next, why and what it costs. Do not tie every prime-time hour to subscriptions, because single bookings at full price need room too. Open new customer groups early, since the daytime hours are where growth comes from. The game is free to play in the browser, in English and Turkish, with a mouse or on a touch screen.
Your goal is to start with a single pitch and build the best-known business in the neighbourhood. Sell hours to teams, settle prices by haggling and put what you earn back into the business. Opening a canteen and adding more pitches are how you grow. The bigger you get, the more your name travels around the neighbourhood.
